Correct use of plasticizing device of plastic processing equipment:


1. Screw start. It takes about 30min to heat the plastic processing equipment from room temperature to the required temperature, and the mainframe is slightly longer. If there is residual cold material in the material cylinder, the screw can only be started after a period of heat preservation (generally about 15min) to ensure that the residual material is fully melted, so as to avoid damaging the screw and causing damage to the transmission device due to overload.


2. The lever spins. At the initial stage of pre plastic feeding, when the screw and barrel of the plastic processing equipment have not been fed, it is not appropriate to use high screw speed. Generally, the idle speed is below 50r/min. When the material is filled in the screw groove of the plastic processing equipment (when the molten material is extruded from the nozzle mouth), the screw speed shall be increased to the required value to avoid damage to the screw or material of the plastic processing equipment due to too high idling speed or too long idling time.


3. Assembly and disassembly of plasticizing parts. The plastic parts of the plastic processing equipment are generally provided with an integral rotating mechanism. When assembling and disassembling the barrel and the screw, first deflect the barrel (injection base) to an angle with the original position, so that the barrel can avoid the template. If there is residual material in the cylinder, the nozzle can only be removed after light heating to the plasticizing temperature, and then the screw can be removed from the driving device and ejected from the front end of the cylinder.


4. When disassembling the screw head of the plastic processing equipment, pay attention to the rotation direction of the connecting thread of the screw head, which is generally the left thread. In case of seizure, do not pull hard, and apply symmetrical torque to facilitate rotation. The threaded connection shall be coated with heat-resistant grease (red lead or molybdenum disulfide) during assembly.


5. The fastening of the heating device, Zhejiang plastic processing equipment is often heated by an electric heating coil. Although the plastic processing equipment has been fastened when leaving the factory or adjusting, it may become loose due to thermal expansion during use, affecting the heating effect, so it needs to be checked frequently.
